Claifornian's getting IOU!
Oooh I would be so steamed! I hope this does not become a trend. I agree wholeheartedly that this will cause a lot of distrust among taxpayers like myself who allow the state to hold more than I owe! As soon as we are debt free we intend to change our holdings....now I am definately going too!

We are family of 6 on a journey to become debt free! One hard working father, homeschooling mom, and 4 amazing boys. I am trying to work this debt down by saving on household expenses, having yard sales, ebay, and simply watching the little things. Feel free to join in watching our journey! Our ups and our downs :)
